stacada School District's goal is to save you time and reduce paper use by offering PowerSchool Enrollment, an online student enrollment and information management system.  This tool allows you to enroll or update your student's information from home, or wherever you access the internet, through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

NEW STUDENTS

Welcome to Estacada School District!  Enroll your new student using Estacada School District's online student enrollment and information management system powered by PowerSchool Enrollment.  

Steps to register:
1.  Complete the New Student Registration form online by clicking  Link To Form   
2.  Upload the required documentation or bring the documentation to the school.

How do I get started?
Visit the ESD108 online registration page and Select “Create Account” on the right.
    
You will need to create a unique login and password for your account
This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time i​f necessary. 

Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. 
     
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons. Or if you are on the Review page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, then you will need to contact your student’s school, so they can make the changes for you.
      
I’ve completed the form, now what?
​​Once you have finished entering your information, click “Submit” and you will receive additional instructions. All the information you’ve entered will electronically be sent to the school. If you cannot click on the Submit button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all REQUIRED questions. 

What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. 
  
WHAT IF I HAVE TROUBLE UPLOADING DOCUMENTS? 
No problem - just bring the original document to your student’s school front office. Don’t forget this important step: your student’s registration is not complete until you bring in the documents!

WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE A RELIABLE COMPUTER OR INTERNET CONNECTION?

There are 3 options available to you: 

  1. Stop by your student’s school to complete the online form.
  2. Visit the Estacada Library computer lab to complete the online form.
  3. Stop by your student’s school to receive paper copies of the registration forms.

CAN I SAVE THE WORK I HAVE DONE AND RETURN LATER TO COMPLETE THE FORMS?
Yes!  You can stop and start as often as you like!

I SUBMITTED THE INFORMATION.  CAN I GO BACK AND MAKE CHANGES?
No. Once you have reviewed and submitted your online form, you will not be able to return to that child’s form to make edits. Any necessary changes must be submitted to the registrar at the student’s school.

2019-2020 RETURNING STUDENTS

Welcome back to Estacada School District!  We look forward to seeing all of our returning students for the 2019-2020 school year!  Please take these steps to UPDATE your students information using Estacada School District's online student enrollment and information management system powered by PowerSchool Enrollment. 

Steps to update information:

     I ALREADY HAVE A POWERSCHOOL ACCOUNT. HOW DO I GET STARTED?
         1.  Login to your PowerSchool Parent Portal at:   https://powerschool.estacada.k12.or.us/public 
         2.  Select the student you wish to register from the top left menu
         3.  Click on "Annual Re-Registration" at the bottom of the left menu
              (This may say New Student Registration even if your student has attended
              previously. This is due to the application being new to our district.)
         4.  Input your students Date of Birth for security
         5.  Start the form

HELP! I DON’T HAVE A POWERSCHOOL ACCOUNT.
Please send an email to ps@esd108.org and request a Parent PowerSchool Account.  Please provide your student’s first and last name and the school they will be attending.  The information provided will be used to verify access approval with the student’s school.  You will then be emailed your new account login information.  After receiving your credentials, follow the steps listed above to start your student’s information update or enrollment.  

HELP! I CANNOT REMEMBER MY LOGIN FOR THE POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL.
Please send an email to ps@esd108.org requesting a password reset. Please provide your student’s first and last name, the school they will be attending, your username and the email associated with the account.  You will then be emailed a new password and your username. 

DIDN'T WE ALREADY PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION TO THE SCHOOL IN PREVIOUS YEARS?
Every year, every family needs to update their student’s information as part of the registration process for the new school year.  During the registration process, you will submit year-specific permissions, year-specific requirements and update home, emergency contact, and demographic information.
