Estacada School District's goal is to save you time and reduce paper use by offering PowerSchool Enrollment, an online student enrollment, and an information management system.  This tool allows you to enroll or update your student's information from home, or wherever you access the internet, through the PowerSchool Parent Portal.

 

Through PowerSchool Parent Portal you will have access to:

Your Student’s Schedule
Current Grades
Assignments
Attendance Records
Teacher Contact Information

Welcome to Estacada School District!  Enroll your new student using Estacada School District's online student enrollment and information management system powered by PowerSchool Enrollment.  

Steps to register:
1.  Complete the New Student Registration form online by clicking Link To Form 
2.  Upload the required documentation or bring the documentation to the school.

 

 

FAQs-New Students

How do I get started?
Visit the ESD108 online registration page and Select “Create Account” on the right.
    
You will need to create a unique login and password for your account
This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. 

 

Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required. 
     
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, prior to submitting the form, you can either navigate back to the page using the “< Prev” and “Next >” buttons, or on the Review Page, click on the underlined field. If you have already submitted the form, then you will need to contact your student’s school, so they can make the changes for you.
      
I’ve completed the form, now what?
Once you have finished entering your information, click “Submit” and you will receive additional instructions. All the information you’ve entered will electronically be sent to the school. If you cannot click on the Submit button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all the REQUIRED questions. 

 

What if I have more than one student in the district? Do I need to do this for each child?
Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. 
  
What if I have trouble uploading documents? 
No problem - just bring the original document to your student’s school front office. Don’t forget this important step: your student’s registration is not complete until you bring in the documents!

 

What if I do not have a reliable computer or internet connection?
There are 3 options available to you: 

  1. Stop by your student’s school to complete the online form.
  2. Visit the Estacada Library computer lab to complete the online form.
  3. Stop by your student’s school to receive paper copies of the registration forms.

 

Can I save the work I have done and return later to complete the forms?
Yes!  You can stop and start as often as you like!

 

I submitted the information, can I go back and make changes?
No. Once you have reviewed and submitted your online form, you will not be able to return to that child’s form to make edits. Any necessary changes must be submitted to the registrar at the student’s school.

2020-2021 RETURNING STUDENTS

Welcome back to Estacada School District! We look forward to seeing all of our returning students for the 2020-2021 school year!


Estacada School District is excited to announce our online Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year! This process replaces the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year.  Your Returning Student Registration for your student is now available online.

All student information is REQUIRED to be updated for EACH school year.

Please email ps@esd108.org to receive a snapcode email that will guide you through the Returning Student Registration process.

What’s a snapcode?

By using the link in this email, you are automatically entering your child's snapcode. The snapcode is like a key to your child’s Returning Student Registration for the upcoming school year. You should receive a unique snapcode or snapcode link for each child. 

 

Should I create an account?  (this is NOT your PowerSchool Parent Portal account)

  • If you’ve never completed an online Returning Student Registration, you should create an account. This allows you to securely save your work and come back at a later time if necessary. You can use your email address or cell phone number.
  • If you already have an account, you can sign in and complete the form. (You should use the same account to complete forms for multiple children.)

 

Do I have to answer all the questions?

Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.

Didn’t we already provide this information to the school in previous years?

Every year, every family needs to update their student’s information as part of the registration process for the new school year.  During the registration process, you will submit year-specific permissions, year-specific requirements, and update home, emergency contact, and demographic information.
