Families with students living past 232nd and Hwy 224 are on snow routes until the slide is repaired.

We are located in the foothills of the beautiful Cascades. Our District is made up of two Elementary Schools, a Middle School, a High School, and a Charter School. We provide a small town school environment for 1675 public school students and approximately 1100 students in our Summit Learning Center Charter School. Our service area covers a surprisingly large geographic area of more than 750 square miles of rural Oregon countryside in the Clackamas River basin, and includes considerable portions of the Mt. Hood National Forest.

Transportation Newsletter Update
Dear Parents/Guardian, As Fall is upon us, I wanted to take this opportunity to share with you how we are progressing with Transportation changes. Based upon a continued concern that students are being picked up and arriving too early in the morning, we will be pushing back pick up times by approximately 10 minutes. All but two routes will be pushed back by 10 minutes. The two routes that are unchanged are Route 9 (Spongebob) and Route 10 (Goofy). We cannot push these back as they have two routes to complete in the morning. When we have more drivers, we will adjust these as well. Please note the new pick up times are being sent home with your student. For further details, refer to our Transportation web page.

The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) was offered through USDA and the Oregon Department of Education to give schools with high percentages of low-income children the option to offer free school meals to all children without having to qualify families based on their income.
