Services at the Wade Creek Clinic are provided by licensed medical practitioners. Our providers include Lisa Striegle, Family Nurse Practitioner, Laura Montez, Pediatric and Urgent Care Physician Assistant, and Dr. Lynn Murphy, Family Practice Physician.

Orchid Health accepts most heath insurances including FamilyCare, HealthShare/CareOregon, OHP Open Card, Kaiser Permanente, Providence, BCBS, United Healthcare, Moda, and more.

Orchid Health accepts most health insurances including Medicaid/OHP, most commercial plans, and Medicare.

Students will never be turned away due to a lack of health insurance or inability to pay. If you’re a student and you wish to be seen without billing your insurance, please contact the clinic and your needs will be accommodated.

If you don’t currently have health insurance, you may qualify for free health insurance through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). Click here to learn more and apply for benefits. OHP covers the cost of medical, dental, behavioral, and emergency care at most providers throughout the state. We highly recommend that you and/or your children apply for OHP coverage if you are currently without health insurance. Please call the Wade Creek Clinic if you need assistance with applying for, or receiving, OHP benefits.

Trillium offers hope to families when they don’t know where else to turn. Whether they are addressing a one-time mental health crisis or an ongoing condition, TFS equips children and their families with the right tools to understand their challenges, treat their conditions, and gain new skills in order to effectively manage their mental and behavioral health challenges. With increased knowledge and resources, young people can realize their full potential and become contributing, productive members of society.
